  1. Introduction
    Welcome to Dusky. These Terms of Service (“Terms”, “Terms of Service”) govern your use of our Bot operated by coolaidman.
  2. Acceptance of Terms
    By accessing and using our Bot, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provisions of this agreement. If you do not agree with any part of the Terms, then you may not access the Bot.
  3. Changes to Terms
    We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days’ notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion. Changes will be posted in the support server, which users can find using the ,invite command.
  4. Use of the Bot
  • Eligibility: You must be at least 13 years old to use our Bot.
  • User Conduct: You agree not to misuse the Bot, and not to engage in activities that harm or disrupt the services provided.
  • Termination: We may terminate or suspend your access to the Bot immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.
  1. Data Collection and Use
    By using the Bot, you consent to the collection and use of message data for processing commands and moderation. Commands may be logged for troubleshooting purposes but will be deleted after 30 days. We handle all data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
  2. Intellectual Property
    The Bot and its original content, features, functionality, name, profile pictures, banners, and logos are and will remain the exclusive property of coolaidman. No one may use them without written consent from coolaidman. .
  3. Limitation of Liability
    I will not be responsible for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of Dusky.
  4. Children’s Privacy
    Dusky Bot is not intended for use by individuals under the age of 13.
  5. Compliance with Discord’s Terms
    We comply with Discord’s Terms of Service in addition to the Bot’s Terms of Service.
  6. Security Disclaimer
    Although we strive to use commercially acceptable means to protect your personal information, we cannot guarantee its absolute security.
  7. Governing Law
    These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of USA, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
